Studio Rentals

Booking Days: The studio is available for non-member and member rentals from Wednesday to Sunday. On Mondays and Tuesdays, our space is reserved exclusively for co-working activities.
Minimum Booking Time: A minimum of 3 hours is required per booking.
Advance Notice: Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Our standard cancellation policy applies.

Non-members can select the time they desire to book from our scheduling app here. Parking instructions and our standard studio policies will be sent in a follow-up email to you.

Please plan your setup and teardown within your booked time. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early if the space is available, but make sure to allocate enough time for cleanup and resetting the space afterward. For studio rental, additional time will be billed at $70 per hour or $40 per half hour. For event rental, additional time will be billed at $140 per hour or $70 per half hour.

You can have up to 15 people in your crew during any stdio booking. For bookings that require a higher capacity, please fill out the questionnaire here.

Please note that our studio is not soundproof. Other activities in the building cannot be restricted or subdued to accommodate sound capture.

Payment is required in full at the of booking. We offer studio credit for cancelled or rescheduled bookings as we do not issue refunds. Please know that we offer studio credit for changes made with at least 4 days notice prior to your booking date. Rescheduling a booking with less than 4 days notice will result in a 20% fee based on your booking value. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, the booking may be forfeited. If you need to cancel within this timeframe, please email us at hello@mirakilifeworkspace.com. Please note that no-show appointments will not receive any studio credit.
For events booked with us, we require full payment at time of booking. A processing fee of 2% will be included on each invoice. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are the same as regular studio bookings.

A keycode is sent to you 1 hour before your booking time for arrival. When you are ready to leave, please make sure the door to inside of the building is locked and close the street entrance door behind you. You can lock it by pressing and holding any button on the keypad.

We provide one parking spot directly in front of the studio door. Other on-site parking is strictly reserved for tenants, but you can find free 1-hour street parking on Golden Ave and Silver Ave. Paid parking options are also available on Dundas St W.
Our space is conveniently accessible via TTC, with streetcar 506, 505 and 504A just around the corner and a 10-minute walk from Dundas West subway station.

Play your music from our in-studio sound system.
Have a coffee or drink from our self-serve coffee area.
Shoot with our professional lighting equipment, colourful backdrops and utilize our various equipment.
Clean up after yourselves. A $100 Cleaning fee will be charged post booking if the cleaning policy isn’t respected.
Pack up and head home! Be sure to lock up after yourselves.

You can mount the vast array of seamless on our backdrop system. The seamless paper backdrops are rented at $25 + HST per use up to a length of 8 feet on the ground. However if the backdrop does not touch the ground then you can use it for free!

Yes, there is one for you to use. We also have a clothing rack.
TO NOTE: We may be unavailable to supervise or meet you at the studio. Please keep in mind that there are security cameras recording at all times to record your arrival, departure, liability, backdrop use, and crew count. Thank you for your understanding.
