With 14-foot high ceilings, street access and an open-concept layout, our space is also ideal for larger events such as “meet the author” sessions, networking events, panel discussions, and corporate offsite meetings. Space Rental - $70/ hr

At just $70 per hour, our open-concept studio features 14ft high ceilings, professional lighting, grip gear, a variety of colour backdrops, a projector, floor foam mats, and blackout curtains.

Kitchenette with an espresso machine with limited quantity coffee beans. Bring your own beans or purchase a bag from us as an add-on.
North and West facing windows welcomes abundant natural sunlight throughout the space. Blackout curtains keep the light away for a controlled environment.
Equipment available for your use including strobe lights, soft boxes, tripods, reflectors, apple boxes, and v-flats, as well as various fabric material.
Backdrops are free to use if they are not stepped on. Otherwise, they are available for an extra $25 per roll.

A minimum of 3 hours is required for booking.
Our studio rental accommodates up to 15 people. For events with larger groups, please contact us to discuss your needs.
Please note that our studio is not soundproof. Other activities in the building cannot be restricted or subdued to accommodate sound capture.
You can mount the vast array of seamless on our backdrop system. The seamless paper backdrops are rented at $25 per use up to a length of 8 feet on the ground. However if the backdrop does not touch the ground then you can use it for free!
Each rental comes with one dedicated parking spot right in front of our studio door. Additionally, you can find up to 1 hour of free street parking on Golden Ave and Silver Ave, with paid parking options available on Dundas St W. Please note that all parking spots on the premises are strictly reserved for tenants.

We understand that unexpected things can come up. Please know that we offer studio credit for changes made with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your booking date. Rescheduling a booking with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a 20% fee based on your booking value. Check our Studio FAQs page for more information.
Please remember to respect your booked time. If you need more time, just check our calendar for available slots and book accordingly. You're welcome to come in 10 minutes early to set up, but please make sure to leave on time too.
We kindly ask users to clean up during and after their sessions. Failure to leave the space tidy or damaged may result in a minimum cleaning fee of $100.
Our code of conduct emphasizes respect, safety, professionalism, cleanliness, responsible resource use, and intellectual property rights. Not following these guidelines may result in membership termination or removal from the premises.
